8888k Terms and Conditions – General Rules of Use

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

To create an account on 8888k, the user must complete the registration form with their full name, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. All information provided must be truthful and current — false or inaccurate data may result in account suspension and the withholding of balances until the issue is resolved.

Registration is limited to one account per CPF, per email address, and per residential IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all identified accounts.

By registering, the user declares and warrants that:

• Is at least 18 years of age;
• You reside in Brazil and the information provided is accurate;
• Has not previously registered on the 8888k under any other name or CPF;
• Is not an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of an 8888k staff member 8888k or its game providers;
• Understands that betting involves real financial risk and that amounts wagered may be lost;
• Has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

The 8888k reserves the right to refuse registration to any user without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, use of a VPN to simulate a Brazilian location, or attempts to circumvent eligibility controls.

The user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials — username and password — and for all activity carried out on the account. The 8888k recommends using a unique, strong password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and advises that the password should never be shared with third parties.

If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the user must immediately contact the support team at 8888k via live chat, available 24 hours a day in Portuguese. The 8888k is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to protect their credentials.

A user's account may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Bets placed by third parties using the user's account are the sole responsibility of the registered account holder.

The 8888k may request additional documentation at any time, including a current proof of address and source-of-funds documentation for higher-value transactions, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations established under Brazilian law.

The 8888k accepts the following deposit methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from Brazil's major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and Caixa Econômica Federal.

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 per transaction;
• Pix: credited within 2 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário: processed within up to 3 business days after payment is confirmed;
• Credit card: processed within 30 minutes, subject to operator approval;
• TED: available on business days, credited within 1 hour of bank confirmation.

For withdrawals, the 8888k requires that the withdrawal method match the account's primary deposit method, as a security and anti-money laundering measure. Pix withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 2 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00, with no fee for accounts that have completed KYC.

The 8888k may request additional verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction or R$ 20,000.00 accumulated in the month. This is a standard industry practice required under Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations — it does not reflect any distrust toward the user.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made in the name of the account holder. The 8888k does not accept third-party transfers. If a deposit needs to be returned, the amount will be refunded via the same method used for the original deposit.

The 8888k offers a variety of promotions for its users, including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournaments, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has specific terms published on the Promotions page, and the general conditions below apply to all of them unless expressly stated otherwise.

Welcome Bonus: new users are entitled to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. To receive the bonus, the user must activate it before making the deposit, either through the "Promotions" section or by selecting the option during registration. Deposits made without prior activation are not eligible for the bonus retroactively.

• Standard rollover: 5x on (deposit + bonus) within 30 calendar days;
• Slots contribution: 100% — every BRL wagered on slots counts in full;
• Live casino contribution: 10% — R$ 100.00 wagered counts as R$ 10.00 toward the rollover;
• Sports Betting contribution: 100% on odds above 1.50;
• Maximum bet with active bonus: R$ 50.00 per round on slots and R$ 200.00 per sporting event;
• Validity: 30 calendar days from the bonus activation date.

The 8888k reserves the right to cancel bonuses where abuse is suspected, such as circular betting, multiple account creation, or any strategy that undermines the spirit of the promotion. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with the 8888k, and the user agrees to this right by accepting these terms.

Free spins granted as part of promotions have a fixed value per spin (generally R$ 1.00), are valid on specific slots indicated in the promotion, and expire after 7 days. Winnings from free spins are subject to a 1x rollover before withdrawal, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.

The 8888k offers both pre-match and live Sports Betting across a wide range of sports and competitions, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Conmebol Libertadores, and Sul-Americana — as well as basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA and UFC, e-sports, volleyball, tennis, and more.

By placing a bet on the 8888k, the user agrees that:

• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final and cannot be changed after confirmation, except in cases of obvious pricing errors;
• The 8888k may void bets in cases of a manifest error in the odds, an incorrect result provided by an official source, or suspension of the event before it begins;
• Bets on events cancelled or suspended before the minimum play threshold are refunded to the user's real balance;
• The cash out is available on selected bets, and the offered value is calculated by the 8888k based on real-time odds — the user accepts the displayed value upon confirming the cash out;
• Parlay bets (combined) are accepted with a minimum of 2 selections, and odds are multiplied together.

The 8888k monitors betting activity to detect patterns associated with match-fixing. Bets suspected of involvement in match-fixing will be investigated, and corresponding payouts may be withheld pending the outcome of a review by the relevant sports authorities.

The 8888k provides casino games supplied exclusively by independently certified providers — such as eCOGRA and iTech Labs — including slots, live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows, and poker), crash games, and other formats. No games are developed in-house by the 8888k.

• Remove or replace games from the catalog without prior notice, at the provider's discretion or for technical reasons;

• Restrict access to specific games for users with an active bonus, in accordance with the conditions of the current promotion;
• Impose individual betting limits in cases of suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.

The user agrees to use the 8888k in a lawful and good-faith manner. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Use of automated software (bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence programs) to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in any way;
• Exploitation of bugs, technical glitches, or odds inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated by an identified technical failure may be voided by the 8888k;
• Circular betting (wagering on both sides of the same event to artificially fulfill the rollover requirement);
• Sharing an account with third parties, including family members;
• Use of a VPN or other means to simulate a geographic location different from the user's actual location;
• Any offensive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at the 8888k support team 8888k or with other users in the live casino table chat.

The identification of any such conduct may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, balance retention pending investigation, and, in serious cases, notification to the relevant authorities.

The 8888k is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides practical self-control tools for all users, accessible directly in the account settings:

• Deposit limits: the user may set a maximum deposit limit per day, week, or month. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period;
• Loss limit: sets the maximum net loss per period, after which the account is temporarily blocked from making new deposits;
• Session alerts: the system sends notifications when active play time reaches the limit set by the user;
• Temporary self-exclusion: blocks access to the platform for the chosen period (1 week to 6 months), during which logging in, depositing, or betting is not possible;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure at the user's request, with no possibility of reversal.

The 8888k does not allow users under active self-exclusion to create new accounts. The registration verification process includes a check against the platform's internal self-exclusion list.

The 8888k is not liable for financial losses arising from participation in betting games — an activity that carries inherent risk and may result in the total loss of amounts wagered. The user acknowledges this risk upon creating an account and when placing each bet.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services and may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance that results in temporary downtime. The 8888k is not liable for bets not placed during scheduled maintenance or technical outages.

In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a game or bet, the 8888k may void the affected round or transaction and refund the wagered amount to the user's real balance — this is the platform's sole obligation in such cases. No potential winnings calculated during the failure will be paid out.

The maximum liability of the 8888k for any individual claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except as expressly required by law.

The user may request closure of their account on the 8888k at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@8888k.life. Prior to closure, any available real balance must be withdrawn by the user. Unused bonus balances are automatically cancelled upon closure.

The 8888k may close or suspend an account immediately and without prior notice in the following cases:

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process;
• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicious behavior indicative of money laundering, fraud, or match manipulation;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• User identified as under 18 after registration;
• Filing unwarranted chargeback requests with your credit card provider.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, balances (real and bonus) may be withheld for the duration of the internal investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the funds may be confiscated by the 8888k. If the investigation does not confirm the breach, the real balance will be returned to the user via the primary deposit method.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and the 8888k regarding the use of the platform, superseding all prior agreements on the same subject matter.

The 8888k may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 7 calendar days before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after the new version's effective date constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. Previous versions of the terms are archived and available for review upon request to support.

Any clause of these Terms found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which remain in full force.

The omission of the 8888k not enforcing any provision of these Terms at a given time does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly through the support of the 8888k are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the user's place of domicile, unless otherwise provided by law.
